| With our new Try It program, you can try VSN's brand of telemedicine for up to 60 days risk free. We will send you everything you need. You hook it up and try it out. If you're not satisfied, send it all back.

| We will send you a Kodak DC260 Digital Camera, either a Sony Mavicap or a Videonics Python (if needed), and the VSN software. The Kodak DC260 will capture all your x-rays, cytology, patient records, and other similar images. The Mavicap or Python will be used to capture your ultrasound images. After getting setup, all your transmissions costs for the trial period will be waived. You will still receive specialists charges.

| We will require a security deposit equal to the cost of equipment, which is approximately $1200. If after 60 days, you're happy with the system and equipment, just keep it. If not, return it in like-new condition, and we will send back your security deposit, minus a $50/month handling fee.
